Custom Reactor Model Development Service
|
Reaction Design's simulation software provides general capabilities that allow users to solve a variety of reacting-flow problems. CHEMKIN's default reactor models, for example, are
designed for efficient solution of chemical process problems under idealized or specific flow conditions.
Frequently, developers encounter situations or conditions that require some modification to the underlying assumptions or equations used to represent actual reactor
conditions. In these situations, Reaction Design can develop new or tailor existing reactor models for a specific application.
Through services contracts, Reaction Design has delivered a number of custom models that have become important design tools for our customers, including:
- Plasma models with custom RF sheath simulation capability, for simulation of plasma-etch processes
- Reactor-network model of a reforming fuel-cell system
